The pictures say it all! Except for the part about the tree sap from all of that cutting will ruin your clothes. :)

A few questions. 1. How do you know when bananas are ready? 2. You have sheep??? And when are we going to see you two again?

The correct answer to #1 is: They are ready RIGHT before the birds start eating them.:)

1. When they have filled out and taken a lighter green color. Here if you wait until they are yellow, the birds will destroy them in 2 days.
2. I do not have sheep, but our neighbor has another farm with sheep...and if they eat well, we get good fertilizer. :)
3. I hope soon! I leave for the USA tomorrow but will be back by the end of next week. When I get back from the US, our attorney is picking me up at the airport and taking me straight to another government building for one more major step towards our visas. Then, the running around all day slows down ALOT. So let me know if you have time after next week!!!!
